Bring your contract workflow online
vContract is Viettel’s electronic contract solution for managing and signing contracts and documents with customers and partners over the internet. Teams can follow records and processing steps on a system rather than relying entirely on paper exchanges.
Define the document type, participating parties, processing order and signing methods first. Contract templates and responsibility for approving the content should be agreed internally before documents are sent for signature.
Core vContract capabilities
Based on Viettel’s official product page and system user guide.
Prepare, sign and look up documents
Create documents, carry out signing and look up contract information, with email or SMS notifications according to configuration.
Central document management
Manage and store contracts and documents on the system so the responsible team can follow records and find them when needed.
Several signing methods
Viettel lists USB Token, Cloud CA, Mobile CA, OTP, eKYC and signature images. Select a method for the document and participating parties.
Different document workflows
The solution can be applied to several types of agreements, records and contracts. Confirm the scope against your actual process.
Start with your contract process
Customer contracts
Consider this when documents are regularly sent to customers in different locations. Agree on contact details and how customers will sign.
Partner and supplier documents
Define internal review, authorized signers and how completed documents reach the relevant teams.
Documents from business software
Assess contracts generated by a CRM, ERP or internal portal. Pilot one document type and signing workflow before expanding.

One scenario is to use approved customer and order data from a CRM to prepare a contract, then send it into a vContract workflow. On completion, the internal application can update the record and reference the completed document within the supported connection scope.
TS68 can assess templates, participating signers, user roles and status tracking. API access, signing methods and integration costs are confirmed before development begins.
