A consistent electronic invoicing workflow
SInvoice is Viettel’s electronic invoicing solution for businesses and business households. It supports creating, sending, receiving and managing invoices electronically, helping the responsible team follow document processing and exchange information with buyers.
Distinguish standard invoices, cash-register invoices and other document categories before choosing a package. Estimate invoice volumes, but also establish where sales data comes from, how signing works and who verifies the information before issuance.

Start with a smaller package when transaction volumes are limited. Identify the preparer, reviewer and signing method before going live.
Regular invoicing
Estimate monthly volumes and seasonal peaks. Consider taking data from sales software to reduce repeated entry.
Retail and multiple outlets
Discuss cash-register invoicing and the POS environment separately. The standard invoice prices below do not represent this category.

- Each package has a fixed invoice quantity. Additional invoices must be purchased when that quantity is used up; no time limit does not mean unlimited invoices.
- Confirm account setup, digital signing, custom templates and integration work in the quote for the selected package and existing environment.
- These standard invoice prices do not automatically apply to cash-register invoices, receipts or tax withholding documents.

One application scenario is to send confirmed sales data to SInvoice to prepare a draft invoice for accounting review. After processing, the business application can receive reference information and status updates within the supported connection scope.
TS68 can assess customer and item mapping, amounts, transaction references, approval steps, error handling and reconciliation. Automated workflows need testing to reduce duplicate issuance and the use of unconfirmed data.
