Terms of use

Transaction conditions, rights and obligations when ordering, managing and using TS68 services.

Updated: 01/11/2026

These Terms govern transactions and service use between Technology Solutions 68 Company Limited (TS68) and its customers. Customers may read and save the terms, request clarification and review transaction details before accepting them. Visiting the website or submitting an enquiry does not itself create a service purchase contract.

The version dated 1 November 2026 applies from its public publication on the website to transactions concluded under this version. Future amendments are governed by Chapter XII. Mandatory provisions of law take precedence.

Chapter I. Parties, scope and legal framework

Article 1. Service provider

TS68 is Technology Solutions 68 Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Giải pháp Công nghệ 68); enterprise registration certificate no. 0317424960, first registered on 10 August 2022 with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment; legal representative: Trần Mạnh Toàn. Registered office: Office 01, 9th Floor, Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

For support, requests and complaints, email support@ts68.vn; hotline: 0911.717.669. Customers may also submit requests through TS68 Portal or directly to the registered office.

Article 2. Scope and service users

These Terms apply to domains, Hosting, Email, Cloud VPS, Cloud Server, Object Storage, SSL, Workspace, Website, Drive, DNS Proxy and other services TS68 confirms it will supply. TS68 contracts directly with customers for services sold on ts68.vn; using infrastructure, platforms or technical partners does not itself transfer TS68’s agreed responsibilities to a third party.

Customers must have the required legal capacity, and anyone acting for an organisation or another person must have the necessary authority. Consumer status is determined under applicable law by the actual purpose of use, not solely by whether the customer is an individual or an organisation. Any disclosed restrictions relating to eligibility, devices, geography, quantities or resources must be met for the relevant service.

Article 3. Legal framework

The following instruments apply within their scope, validity and relevance, including amendments or replacements effective at the relevant time:

Civil Code No. 91/2015/QH13; Commercial Law No. 36/2005/QH11 for commercial relationships within its scope.

Law on Electronic Transactions No. 20/2023/QH15.

Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights No. 19/2023/QH15 and Decree No. 55/2024/ND-CP, particularly provisions on contract terms, complaints, distance transactions, continuous services and negotiation.

Law on E-commerce No. 122/2025/QH15.

Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP detailing the Law on E-commerce, particularly Articles 4–10 and 15–17 and other relevant provisions; Article 21 applies where TS68 acts as a provider of technical infrastructure supporting e-commerce.

Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.

Law on Telecommunications No. 24/2023/QH15; Law on Cybersecurity No. 116/2025/QH15; Decrees No. 147/2024/ND-CP, 163/2024/ND-CP and 115/2025/ND-CP; Circular No. 48/2025/TT-BKHCN on internet resources; and current fee, charge, tax, invoicing and intellectual property rules relevant to each service.

Article 4. Transaction documents and order of application

Scope, specifications, term, price, delivery timing and individual commitments are determined by the contract, quotation or order accepted by both parties. Referenced service policies form part of the transaction conditions when provided before the contract is concluded.

Where law permits, a valid individual agreement takes precedence for the matters specifically agreed, followed by the applicable service policy and these Terms. This order does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Ambiguous or inconsistent provisions are interpreted under applicable law, not unilaterally by TS68.

Chapter II. Ordering, payment and renewal

Article 1. Contract formation and order acceptance

Customers select services, review specifications, term, registrant, supply conditions, total price and invoice details, correct errors and express acceptance before submitting an order. Successful submission and an order-received notification acknowledge receipt only; a contract is concluded when the customer receives TS68’s acceptance of the order or when the parties execute or confirm a contract by another lawful method.

TS68 checks availability, registration information, legal requirements and payment before acceptance and activation. If supply is unavailable or a price or specification error is identified, TS68 informs the customer and offers an amended transaction or cancellation; TS68 does not unilaterally increase the price or change an already concluded contract. Amounts received for services that cannot be supplied are reconciled and refunded under Chapters VII and VIII.

Transaction confirmations, service details and records are supplied through Portal, email or data messages so customers can view, save or request copies. Silence does not constitute acceptance of contract amendments.

Article 2. Prices, taxes, payment and invoices

Prices depend on registration, renewal or transfer, configuration and the selected term. Promotions apply only within their published scope, period and conditions. VAT inclusion or exclusion, setup charges, state fees and other charges are disclosed before acceptance; work or charges outside the agreed scope require prior customer consent.

Customers agree to prepay the amount, within the deadline and using the transfer reference shown on the order, unless otherwise agreed. Supported payment methods are described in the Payment guide. Bank-transfer QR codes help populate payment details; customers must verify the beneficiary, amount and reference before authorising payment with their bank.

TS68 reconciles receipts with the relevant transaction. Customers provide reasonable supporting information for short, excess or incorrectly referenced payments or delayed status updates. Submitting a receipt does not itself extend the payment deadline. Invoices are issued at the time and in the manner required by current tax and invoicing law. Customers must provide accurate, lawful details; invoice changes must not misrepresent the parties or the substance of the transaction.

Article 3. Service term and renewal

Start and end dates are stated in the service confirmation. Domain, SSL and third-party subscription dates also depend on valid records of the relevant registry or provider. Initial prices do not automatically apply to renewals; renewal prices are disclosed, notified and confirmed before the renewal transaction.

TS68 does not automatically debit funds or create payment obligations for a new renewal term without a lawful mechanism and valid consent. For continuous-service consumer contracts, TS68 gives notice of payment to continue use and the contract end date at least seven working days before expiry as required by law. Customers choose renewal or expiry and arrange backups before the service ends.

Chapter III. Rights and obligations of the parties

Article 1. TS68’s rights and obligations

  • Supply the confirmed scope, specifications, term and support; disclose transaction conditions, prices, promotions and relevant limitations.
  • Require agreed payment, registration documents and identity or authority verification necessary and proportionate to the transaction and legal basis; decline requests outside the agreed scope or lawful eligibility.
  • Operate systems securely, control support access, protect information, receive and resolve requests and complaints, issue invoices and cooperate with competent authorities.
  • Apply technical measures, suspend or terminate only on the grounds in Chapters VI and VII; preserve necessary evidence, review customer responses and restore service when conditions are met.
  • Collect agreed charges and seek compensation for customer-caused loss where legally justified. Prepayments are not automatically forfeited as penalties, and TS68 does not unilaterally determine customer fault or loss.

Article 2. Customers’ rights and obligations

  • Receive complete information, request explanations, choose services, review transactions and obtain confirmations; receive data protection and request or complaint handling under applicable rules.
  • Request corrections, contracted support, reconciliation, termination or refunds where provided by agreement or law, without losing access to competent authorities or mandatory legal remedies.
  • Provide and update accurate information, hold necessary rights to domains, data, software and submitted information, complete registration requirements and fulfil accepted payment obligations.
  • Protect account credentials, manage authorised users, maintain independent backups, comply with disclosed resource limits and promptly report unauthorised access, incidents or incorrect registration details.
  • Cooperate with verification and remediation within the customer’s responsibility and take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. Responsibility for authorised users follows applicable law and actual authority and does not include TS68’s own security failures.

Chapter IV. Conditions for individual service groups

Article 1. Domain names

Availability searches do not reserve a domain or guarantee allocation. Registration, renewal, transfer, registrant changes and disputes follow applicable law and the relevant VNNIC, registrar, registry and ICANN rules. TS68 discloses or provides relevant conditions before the transaction; customers complete lawful documentation, verification and payment requirements.

Registration or renewal is successful only upon valid confirmation. Completed registration or renewal fees are not refundable merely because the customer changes their mind or does not use the domain, except where law or a separate agreement requires a refund. Amounts collected for unsuccessful transactions are refunded following reconciliation; submission of a request to a supplier alone does not entitle TS68 to retain the funds.

Customers choose domain names and are responsible for lawful use and intellectual property rights. TS68 does not guarantee freedom from domain disputes but remains responsible for its own obligations and fault. Transfers are supported subject to the lawful conditions and transfer policy for the relevant domain; no blanket transfer-lock period contrary to those rules is imposed.

Article 2. Hosting, Email, Cloud, Object Storage, Drive and DNS Proxy

Storage, CPU, RAM, traffic, sending limits, accounts, administrative access, backups and support scope are determined by the confirmed plan or order. An “unlimited” label does not override other disclosed technical limits or permit unreasonable harm to shared systems; fair-use conditions must be supplied before contracting. Resource overruns do not themselves authorise additional charges without customer consent.

Customers manage their content, applications, configurations, passwords and licences except where TS68 has accepted managed-service responsibilities. DNS Proxy does not legalise content, guarantee complete IP concealment or replace origin-server security. Specific advertising and commitments made by TS68 for the selected plan remain applicable to the transaction.

Article 3. SSL and Workspace

SSL issuance requires verification by the certificate authority. The service term, individual certificate validity and reissuance conditions are disclosed for the selected plan. Customers must not submit false information or use certificates beyond their rights. Completed issuance charges and failed issuance are handled under the refund policy and law.

For Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other subscriptions, user quantities, commitment periods, cancellation or seat-reduction restrictions, administrative rights and platform terms must be disclosed before contracting. TS68 does not introduce undisclosed restrictions after purchase or use a third-party platform to exclude its mandatory responsibilities.

Article 4. Software, Website, consulting and project services

Scope, deliverables, acceptance milestones, source-code and data rights, third-party licences, warranty and maintenance must be confirmed in the quotation, contract or annex. Additional work requires agreement on price and timing. Customers do not automatically acquire TS68’s pre-existing tools, libraries or platforms or third-party rights TS68 is not entitled to transfer.

Trial and bundled services have separately disclosed scope and duration and are not convertible into cash unless otherwise agreed. Trials do not automatically become paid subscriptions and do not exclude mandatory legal responsibilities.

Chapter V. Acceptable use, security and data

Article 1. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, malware, spam, attacks or unauthorised access; using services to sell, store or distribute unlawful products or content.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, trade secrets, personal data rights or other lawful rights; using DNS Proxy to conceal unlawful conduct.
  • System interference, damage, resource abuse or activities restricted by plan conditions disclosed before contracting.
  • Forged payment records, account takeover, deliberately false registrant information or refusal of verification required by law.

Article 2. Information processing and protection

Collection, use, disclosure, retention, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data requests are governed by the Personal data collection, processing and protection policy and the applicable legal basis. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to advertising or every new processing purpose.

TS68 accesses customer data only within valid authority, where necessary to perform the service or on another lawful basis, with appropriate access control and security. Customers must have a lawful basis for the data they upload. TS68’s responsibilities for account, transaction and log data it collects are distinguished from customer-managed content hosted on the infrastructure.

Article 3. Backups, retention and deletion of service data

Customers must maintain independent backups. TS68’s backup scope, version count and recovery capability follow the confirmed plan; unless a plan states otherwise, Hosting is backed up weekly and Email every two weeks, retaining the latest copy. Cloud VPS, Cloud Server and Object Storage do not automatically include TS68-managed backups. These limitations do not excuse TS68’s own service, security or other legally attributable failures.

Access may stop when a service expires without renewal. Unless the confirmed plan provides longer retention or law requires otherwise, service data is deleted after expiry according to the table below. Temporary retention is not a free extension or a guarantee of continued access:

Service groupLength of prior useDeletion after expiry
Hosting, Email and Drive, including bundled DriveAt least six months30 days
Hosting, Email and DriveAt least three but under six months15 days
Hosting, Email and DriveAt least one but under three monthsSeven days
Hosting, Email and DriveUnder one monthThree days
Paid Cloud VPS, Cloud Server and Object StorageAt least six months15 days
Paid Cloud VPS, Cloud Server and Object StorageUnder six monthsSeven days
Trial Cloud VPS, Cloud Server and Object StorageAny trial durationThree days

TS68 notifies expiry, retention and deletion schedules through service contact channels. Recovery is not guaranteed after deletion. Deleting service data does not itself delete records, personal data or evidence that must be retained on a lawful basis; retained information remains protected and subject to purpose limitations. Account-closure or personal-data deletion requests are handled separately and do not automatically remove records subject to lawful retention.

Chapter VI. Suspension and handling violations

Article 1. Grounds and scope of measures

  • Service expiry or non-payment of agreed amounts due, following notices required by the contract and law.
  • A lawful request from a competent authority or a platform to which infrastructure services may not lawfully be supplied.
  • Specific evidence or indications of attacks, malware, fraud, unauthorised access or an immediate risk of harm to systems, customers or third parties.
  • Breach of disclosed acceptable-use, intellectual property, verification or resource conditions that is not remedied within a reasonable notified period, unless immediate action is required by law or an emergency risk.

TS68 applies necessary and proportionate measures, such as access restrictions, content blocking, resource isolation, suspension of the affected service or termination where justified. A third-party complaint triggers verification and is not itself conclusive proof of customer fault. TS68 considers available evidence and customer responses within lawful limits.

Article 2. Notification and restoration

For remediable breaches not requiring immediate action, notice states the grounds, affected scope, required action and remediation deadline before measures are applied. For emergencies or immediately enforceable lawful requests, TS68 may act first and notify as soon as legally permitted. Customers may submit explanations and evidence. Restoration depends on verification, remediation and competent-authority requirements, not merely on submission of a request.

For planned interruptions affecting continuous services supplied to consumers, TS68 gives notice of the interruption and expected restoration at least three working days beforehand, except where law provides an exception. Maintenance is not automatically force majeure or automatically excluded from SLA calculations.

Article 3. Cooperation on e-commerce violations

When acting as a provider of technical infrastructure supporting e-commerce, TS68 prevents violations within 24 hours after receiving a competent state authority’s request under Article 21(2) of Decree 248/2026/ND-CP and reports the results online within 48 hours from that same receipt time under Article 22(4). TS68 cooperates with relevant infrastructure suppliers, preserves evidence and discloses information only on a lawful basis and within the authorised scope. These deadlines do not govern every ordinary customer complaint.

Chapter VII. Termination and reconciliation

Article 1. Grounds for termination

Services end on expiry without renewal, by mutual agreement, upon a valid customer termination, for a breach justifying termination under the contract or law, pursuant to a lawful authority decision or when lawful supply is no longer possible. TS68 does not terminate an accepted service arbitrarily.

Article 2. Customer requests

Customers submit requests through Portal or support@ts68.vn, identifying the service, account holder, requested date and reconciliation request. TS68 verifies authority using necessary, proportionate information. Closing a Portal account does not replace domain transfer, certificate cancellation or third-party subscription termination procedures.

TS68 acknowledges receipt within three working days and communicates the end date, charges and data arrangements. Statutory termination rights are not subject to TS68’s discretionary approval. Where customers may terminate immediately, TS68 applies the effective date of the valid notice; pending reconciliation does not itself extend the chargeable term.

Article 3. Amounts payable and refundable

Each service is reconciled separately using actual payments after discounts, the period or work supplied and the accepted transaction conditions. TS68 may collect amounts due for delivered services and other validly agreed, justified charges. TS68 does not introduce cancellation fees, retrospectively claw back discounts or forfeit all prepayments after receiving a termination request.

For consumers receiving continuous services, Article 42 of the Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights and any lawful alternative agreement apply. Without a valid alternative agreement, the consumer pays only for the service used. Exclusion of change-of-mind requests from a voluntary refund programme does not exclude refunds required on statutory termination.

Completed domain registration or renewal, issued SSL, licences and non-cancellable subscriptions follow their specific pre-contractually disclosed conditions and law; refunds are not automatically prorated. Unprovided services, overpayments, incorrect charges and legally refundable amounts are reconciled separately. Damages or penalties require a valid legal basis, and disputed damages are not deducted from a refund without lawful grounds or valid consent.

Article 4. Data and surviving obligations

Customers export, transfer and back up data before service ends. On early termination, unless legally restricted or immediate security action is necessary, TS68 notifies the retrieval method and allows at least seven days from notice to obtain retained data within the handover scope; secure export may replace reopening service access. Natural expiry follows Chapter V’s retention and deletion schedule. Migration, recovery or assistance outside the plan is charged only after agreement.

Termination does not extinguish accrued payments, confidentiality, reconciliation, refunds, data responsibilities, dispute resolution or other legally established obligations. TS68 does not unlawfully withhold data or domains to compel payment of a disputed amount.

Chapter VIII. Service quality and refunds

Availability commitments, measurement scope, lawful exclusions and support entitlements are set out in the Service level agreement (SLA). They apply only to covered services; infrastructure SLA does not imply a guarantee for every customer-managed application or system.

The refund programme, eligibility, conditions, request process and payment method are governed by the Refund policy. The 30-day programme is a policy benefit for eligible services and does not replace mandatory refunds or termination reconciliation under Chapter VII.

Eligible refunds are returned to the paying account following appropriate verification. TS68 reviews, reconciles and refunds within three working days after receiving the necessary information for a valid request under the policy, subject to any mandatory alternative legal deadline. TS68 explains required information and does not demand unnecessary evidence to delay handling.

SLA support, refunds and damages are separate remedies. Benefits actually received for the same loss may be offset only on valid grounds to prevent duplicate recovery. An SLA support ceiling does not cap all legal liability or require customers to waive complaint or court rights.

Chapter IX. Complaints and dispute resolution

Article 1. Contact channels and supporting information

Submit online through Portal or email support@ts68.vn; call 0911.717.669. Customers should provide an order or service reference if available, contact details, the issue, timing, requested outcome and available documents. Missing references or incomplete evidence do not prevent receipt.

TS68 requests only information necessary to verify the appropriate person, protect data and investigate. Passwords, secret keys or excessive data are not required. Telephone requests are recorded as requests and may move to email or Portal for communication, verification and a written outcome.

Article 2. Procedure

  1. Record the receipt time and acknowledge a report, request or complaint within three working days, identifying the contact person and any necessary additional information.
  2. Classify the issue, check the transaction, logs and responsibilities, and coordinate with the customer, technical team or partner as needed. Explain the proposed action, expected timing and mitigation measures.
  3. Communicate the outcome, grounds and established entitlements or obligations through email, Portal or a written response; implement remediation, reconciliation or refunds where appropriate.
  4. If dissatisfied, the customer may request review by the responsible manager, negotiation or another lawful dispute mechanism. Exhausting the internal process is not a prerequisite for exercising legal rights.

Article 3. Timeframes by issue type

Issue typeHandling timeframe
Eligible SLA or refund requestThree working days after receiving the information necessary for a valid request, under the relevant policy.
Information errors, transaction reconciliation or ordinary service complaints outside the above categoryExpected within seven working days of receipt.
Cases requiring partner verification, ownership disputes or complex technical investigationExpected within 15 working days of receipt; TS68 explains the reason, progress and expected timing when further verification is identified.
Personal-data rights requestsThe personal-data policy and corresponding mandatory statutory deadlines apply.

Expected timeframes do not replace mandatory deadlines or permit indefinite unilateral extensions. Where additional time is needed, TS68 proposes a specific revised deadline, explains the reason and obtains agreement where legally required, while continuing acknowledgement, response and urgent mitigation duties. A mandatory period running from receipt does not restart simply because TS68 asks for more information.

For consumer negotiation requests, TS68 receives and conducts negotiations within seven working days of receipt under Article 57 of the Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights. A refusal must be explained in writing within the statutory period. Where a competent authority or organisation forwards a request, TS68 fulfils the statutory result-reporting obligations.

Article 4. Dispute mechanisms

The parties favour good-faith negotiation and mediation where legally permitted. Customers may seek assistance from competent authorities or consumer organisations, use arbitration where validly agreed, or apply to a competent court. No mandatory arbitration or venue restriction removes a choice protected by law. Complaints do not automatically excuse undisputed amounts due; disputed amounts follow the parties’ agreement and applicable law.

Chapter X. Liability, compensation and force majeure

Article 1. Basis of liability

Breach and damages are determined under the Civil Code, Commercial Law where applicable, consumer law and relevant specialist legislation. For liability based on breach, the breached obligation, loss and causal connection must be established as required by law. Strict liability or special evidentiary rules follow the applicable legislation.

A claimant supplies reasonable evidence of loss and the basis of the claim within its applicable burden of proof. Special consumer protections and TS68’s own evidence obligations remain applicable. Projected revenue, profit or customer-declared loss is not automatically accepted, but direct lost benefits or other damages recoverable by law are not excluded when established.

Each party must take reasonable mitigation measures. Loss caused by customer fault or customer-managed configurations, content or systems is allocated by cause and applicable law; this does not excuse TS68’s own fault. Recovery of costs or damages from a customer requires lawful grounds, evidence and procedure.

Article 2. Compensation limit where validly agreed

Only for liability that law permits the parties to limit, and where the limitation has been validly agreed, TS68’s aggregate compensation for claims arising from the same event shall not exceed the actual service amount paid by the customer for the directly affected service in the service term in which the event occurs, after discounts. For multi-service orders, the price allocation accepted for the affected service is used, excluding unrelated services. Multiple reports concerning the same event do not multiply the limit.

This limit does not apply to amounts that must be refunded or returned on reconciliation, liability that law prohibits limiting or excluding, or mandatory consumer rights, and does not restrict complaint or court rights. Clicking acceptance of standard conditions does not itself validate a legally prohibited term. If the limit is ineffective for a claim, that claim is governed by applicable law and is not treated as exempt from compensation. A valid individual agreement may replace the limit only where law permits.

Article 3. Exemption and force majeure

Force majeure requires the statutory conditions, a connection to the affected obligation and inability to overcome the event despite necessary measures within available capabilities. Network failures, attacks, power outages or supplier failures are not automatically force majeure and do not automatically exempt TS68.

The affected party must notify promptly when possible, provide grounds and mitigate and restore performance. Exemption or postponement applies only to the legally justified extent. If supply cannot continue, the affected portion is terminated and reconciled under Chapters VII and VIII and applicable law; legally refundable payments are not automatically retained.

Chapter XI. Service delivery and handover

Article 1. Supply method and timing

Digital services are activated, licensed or handed over electronically; these plans do not involve physical-goods delivery. Scope, term, device requirements, compatible platforms, resources and relevant restrictions are disclosed on the service page, quotation or order before contracting.

Processing starts after order acceptance, confirmed payment and completion of documentation and activation conditions, unless otherwise agreed. Domains depend on availability and allocation confirmation, SSL on certificate-authority verification and Workspace on subscription eligibility. Hosting, Email and Cloud follow the published or confirmed schedule; projects follow agreed milestones. TS68 discloses expected timing before contracting and does not rely on partner dependencies to delay indefinitely.

Where delay is expected, TS68 explains the reason, revised timing and options to continue or terminate with any refund required by customer rights and law. TS68 does not unilaterally replace agreed specifications, duration or charges.

Article 2. Inspection and handover scope

Activation information, administrative rights, documents or readiness notices are supplied to a verified email, Portal or another agreed channel. Customers inspect the service, update security credentials where necessary and report errors. Lack of response does not itself constitute acceptance of every defect or waiver of complaint rights.

Installation, migration, operating-system administration, applications, source code and training include only work TS68 has confirmed. Additional work requires a separate quotation and prior agreement. Handover does not end continuing SLA, confidentiality, warranty or other obligations.

Chapter XII. Effectiveness, amendments and general provisions

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Customers receive the applicable version and transaction confirmation for viewing, saving or requesting copies as legally required. Notices use email, Portal or another agreed method; sending, receipt and evidentiary effect follow electronic-transactions law, without assuming every notice takes effect when TS68 sends it.

TS68 publishes the update and application dates of amendments. Material changes affecting customer rights are notified at least ten days in advance, or longer where law requires. Changes to existing contracts apply only with valid agreement or legal authority. Where amended standard conditions or continuous-service prices give consumers a termination right, TS68 notifies and preserves that right and appropriate reconciliation.

Immediately applicable mandatory rules or lawful authority requests take effect as required by law; TS68 gives notice as soon as legally permitted. Continued use or lack of response does not replace consent required by law. Invalid terms are handled under applicable law without invalidating independent provisions that can continue to operate.

Vietnamese and English versions are published for accessibility. Differences are assessed against the information supplied, the transaction language and statutory interpretation rules; TS68 does not unilaterally resolve differences against consumers.
